Every member gets a consistent support team, so you never re-explain your business to a new person:
An assigned mentor matched to your industry and cohort, who runs your positioning calls, reviews every opportunity you send with bid/no-bid advice, and can represent you with agencies.
An account success manager (caseworker) who handles your account setup, tracks the progress of all your paperwork, follows up to keep you moving, and executes done-for-you registrations.
Program specialists for specific tasks like filings, capability statements, and digital compliance builds.
The mentor bench has ten-plus years of contracting experience and includes current and former contracting officers and subject-matter experts — military and Department of Defense contracting, disaster response, SBA and small business programs, and marketing. Opportunities are routed to the specialist whose domain fits: military contracts go to the contracting-officer veterans, SBA matters to the SBA specialist, and so on.
Mentors also run the community's teaching calls and workshops, and are described as posting and answering in the community more than the members do.
