How much time does the program require from me each week?

The intentionally light day-to-day workload once your setup is complete.

The program is designed for busy owners running a real business, and the workload is intentionally light.

The required commitments are a small number of key meetings: the cohort onboarding call, and the strategy and positioning calls with your mentor that the program considers the most important step. Beyond that, group calls, workshops, and office hours are optional and available when you need help.

Once registration and setup are complete, the day-to-day routine is:

  • Review the opportunities your AI surfaces in the mobile app — saving or skipping them in a swipe-style interface

  • Send interesting ones to your mentor for review

  • Supply the judgment only you have, like your pricing and whether the work fits your operation

  • Deliver the work you win

You are not expected to learn government paperwork — the mentors handle the agency-facing forms if you delegate. What the program does expect is responsiveness: replying promptly, keeping paperwork moving (some offices still require wet signatures and physical document drop-off), and staying consistent rather than disappearing. Members are encouraged to spend saved time on their actual craft and local networking instead.
