The workflow is intentionally simple — reviewing matches in the app is as easy as swiping right or left. When one interests you, you send it to your mentor with a click.
Your mentor runs a bid/no-bid review: checking eligibility, submission requirements, dates, and risk. If it is not a genuine fit, they will tell you no — that discipline protects your standing with agencies. If it is a go, you have options:
Bid on your own. For small, simple opportunities — sometimes a single page with price, quantity, and delivery date — the team actively encourages this and will tell you when you do not need them.
Get a consultation. For mid-size pursuits, you can book a one-off mentor session while still doing the work yourself.
Delegate it. For larger, paperwork-heavy contracts, the team prepares the proposal, handles forms and communication with the contracting office, and represents you, in exchange for a percentage agreed in advance that is only paid if you win.
You stay focused on what only you know: your pricing and delivering the work. If the bid loses, your mentor helps you request a debrief, and you move to the next opportunity — new ones appear daily.
