Is there a standard roadmap, or is it customized to my business?

Why the program rejects one-size-fits-all and how your personal roadmap works.

There is no one-size-fits-all path in government contracting — that is a core position of the program. Your existing registrations, capabilities, industry, local market, and goals determine your next steps, so a cleaning company, a marketing agency, and a food distributor each get different plans.

At onboarding, your mentor learns your background and current situation: whether you have an LLC, whether you are registered with SAM and other systems, whether you have a capability statement, whether your digital presence is compliant, which certifications could apply, and so on. From that, they build a personal step-one, step-two, step-three roadmap.

The roadmap lives in your success center portal, which tracks each item and its completion status. When you hit a milestone, the roadmap is updated with the next set of steps, and your account success manager follows up to keep the paperwork moving. Every roadmap item can be completed yourself with the courses and templates, worked through together on a live call, or delegated as a done-for-you task.
